Quick Exercise Routine - If You Have only 20 minutes to exercise what should you do!


Exercise needs to be a part of your life and you should dedicate at least an hour a day to stay fit and healthy. However, due to your busy schedule and demands you may not be able to spare an hour at stretch for exercise. In such a case, what should you do? The question should what can you do! If not anything, you should do at least 5 rounds of Suryanamaskar!

Suryanamaskar is a form of yoga practised for generations and it allows you to work on your entire body. That’s right! 1 round of Suryanamaskar works on your spine, back, arms, shoulders, legs, hamstrings, thighs, belly and neck. Also, it helps to improve concentration, digestion and blood circulation. Also, it helps you to lose weight from your abdomen. This is also a form of stretching exercise that can reresh your entire system!
