Break Weight Loss Plateau and Start Losing Weight

You must be faced with what experts call this phase of negative weight loss - PLATEAU

A plateau in weight loss term is a phase where your body cannot lose any more weight. This occurs for a number of reasons. If you are on a weight loss diet alone, the plateau creeps in when your body matches your calorie intake with the energy released. This means that if you had reduced a certain amount of calories in the initial phase of dieting, that calorie deficit is being adjusted by the body which reduces the metabolism of the body. When metabolism is reduced, you burn less fat. Thus, no matter how much you try sticking to your diet you cannot lose any more weight than you have already lost.
