What is Yoga? Will Yoga help me lose weight?
Yoga is not just an exercise form which you do such as cardio or aerobics. Instead Yoga is a lifestyle. Once you start out with Yoga you will start feeling alive like you have never felt before. Yoga has three parts to the fitness; breathing techniques, postures and cleansing. While you can start breathing techniques and poses on your own, if you are comfortable, you should always consult a trained professional if you want to cleanse your body using Yoga.
